   The biggest surprise for us in the survey results was overwhelming demand for the paper version of the Monitor. We had suspected that readers might prefer the online version. But you told us otherwise.
   Another clear trend in the survey results was the demand for more articles about activities outside Japan. We will continue doing our best to find suitable subjects. But we need your input. Please help by contributing articles and photos. We welcome articles about interesting activities and people at your companies. We also welcome essays about subjects of concern.
