  India as a country has a rich cultural heritage and can be likened to a combination of small countries as each state has its own culture, cuisine, language, customs, etc. An old saying in the country goes like this: "after every 100 kilometers, the language and taste of water changes."

 ITGI-IFFCO TOKIO General Insurance was incorporated in 2000 as a joint venture between IFFCO (Indian Farmers And Fertilizers Co-operative) and Tokio Marine & Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. The company is steadily growing in the Indian market and has a market share of 4%. We are making every effort to offer the most suitable services to our varied customers, who have different requirements from said diversity. I joined ITGI in 2003 to handle the Reinsurance needs of the company. I am very fond of reading and when time permits, playing table tennis. I also like to share the little that I know of the subject.
