MCC ¹
employs over 140 employees with operations in Lucerne Valley and Long Beach, California, and the
corporate staff in Henderson, Nevada. In a typical year MCC will mine over 2.5 million tons of limestone
for use in the manufacturing of cement. I started working for MCC in the summer of 2005 as an intern and
geological consultant on mine planning software. After completing my bachelor’s degrees in general and
environmental geology I was hired on a full time basis to manage daily operations. In 2009 I was promoted
to Mine Superintendent encompassing a broader range of responsibilities and increased workload.
I am fortunate to have found a great company to work for that encourages me to develop as a
professional and excel in my industry. MCC bestows a flexible work atmosphere allowing cutting edge
solutions to complex problems to materialize at any level in the employee hierarchy. In this regard all
employees are treated fairly and equally which promotes a healthy and disciplined group of coworkers.

MCC is located in the northern foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains. This mountain range was caused by the shearing movement along the San Andreas Fault which extends 810 miles along the length of California. Because of the pressure and intense heat caused by this fault system there have been many mining endeavors into the surrounding mountains including gold, silver, lead, zinc and uranium. With such a rich history in mining there are many archaeological and anthropological sites of interest to explore and learn from. |

MCC is approximately 20 minutes from Big Bear Lake which sits high in the San Bernardino Mountains at
an elevation of 6,754 feet. Big Bear experiences alpine weather in the winter with average snowfall around
61 inches/year. Outdoor sports and activities are popular attractions for the Southern California, Nevada
and Arizona residents at a nominal distance. The beaches of Southern California are within 100 miles from
the mountains. You truly get all the diversity of mountains, oceans, deserts and valleys that this geographic
landscape has to offer.
My hobbies and interests include: cycling, hiking, kayaking, running, camping and this winter I plan to take up snowshoeing. I am able to incorporate my hobbies with family time as we try to enjoy
all that the outdoors |

also involved with the
United States Air Force
Reserve where I train
and augment as an
intelligence, surveillance
and reconnaissance
manager. |

| Nan Hui is located in Hangzhou bank and South of Dong Hai. Nan Hui has a rich source of products and
pleasant scene of countryside. Nan Hui has nearly 3,333 hectares of peaches woods and the sorts are very
rich, which is the richest in South China and has the reputation of “The Resource of Peach”. |

The most special point of Shanghai Nan Hui Peach Festival is the
mix of natural scene and the pure traditions. When guest walking
along the Festival, they could rest in the garden surrounded by
the birds and flowers, angle for fish, or try some special foods of
Nan Hui. Besides, some special activities are also very attractive,
like: dragon dance, rowing boat, etc. which are very traditional activities in China. Shanghai Nan Hui Peach
Festival has little by little been famous to the foreigners. For the Shanghai Nan Hui Peach Festival held in
2009, reportedly 1.5 million of guests visited it including many foreigners. | |

I have worked in Shanghai Linghua Logistics Co., Ltd. (SLL)
which was established in Zhanjiang High-Tech Area in April
1996. SLL is a joint venture between Mitsubishi Logistics
Corporation and Mitsubishi Corporation as a large-scale state-of-
the-art distribution centre. Its main business is: storage,
transportation, distribution and process, etc. providing the
logistics service.

As an office clerk for over 10 years, I am working for the daily supporting work for a certain customer
and the main working is inbound/outbound system input, daily report input, monthly settlement, check-up
for reports and on-site job. The good working surroundings make me feel fresh and make me actively repay
it via my hard work to my company.

| In my spare time, I like to chat with my friends, stroll around
the country path, breath the fresh air in the countryside and feel
the pure nature. To ride a horse in the zoo, touch closely with the
animals and see the wonderful performance of the animals is very
exciting. We thought that we had got the civilization chased in the
modern city, but when we got close to the nature, we realized that
human beings never give up the desire and seeking for the nature, and the basic of the human beings is also the desire and pursuit of nature which is the place to wake up the human being initially. Only learning to get along with |

|
the nature harmoniously will finally get the forever real civilization.
When I am alone, I will just stay at home for a quiet rest. I like listening to the music, getting on the Internet, reading, and making some handicrafts. For example: Embroidery. When I finish an embroidery product, I feel so satisfied. Some times, I will give ones to my friends as gifts to share the happiness with them.
