Italy, the capital of culture where our company excels at technology solutions toward decarbonization and energy efficiency

About Turboden

Turboden was founded in 1980 in Milan by Mario Gaia, Professor of Energy at the Politecnico di Milano and today Honorary Chairman of Turboden. In 2013 Turboden became part of the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries group, which strongly supports Turboden in the development of innovative solutions and in worldwide markets.

Turboden is an Italian firm and a technological solutions provider for energy efficiency and renewable energy, mainly for industry and distributed generation, whose mission is to contribute to the worldwide efforts to mitigate global warming by creating reliable and clean energy systems.

Turboden’s products are:

• ORC system, for the generation of electric and thermal power exploiting multiple sources, such as renewables (biomass, geothermal energy, solar energy), traditional fuels and waste heat from industrial processes, waste incinerators, engines, or gas turbines.
• Large heat pumps
• Gas expanders

Our business is very current

Each country is struggling towards decarbonization and energy efficiency, and it is very motivating to know that the company you work for has a key role toward this worldwide milestone.

We provide industrial technological solutions for electrical and thermal power generation from renewables and waste heat. Our founder Prof. Mario Gaia had the right vision more than 40 years ago when he had already imagined a technology capable of exploiting alternative sources instead of traditional fuels: the ORC technology (ORC System | TURBODEN)

About Brescia: Italian Cultural Capital 2023

Bergamo Brescia 2023 - Capitale Italiana della Cultura
Brescia is a small city located in the north of Italy (80 km from Milan). It is a very ancient city whose origins begin over 3,200 years ago and whose cultural and architectural heritage is priceless, as for most of the cities in Italy. Consider that many monuments belong to the UNESCO as World Heritage sites. Every year cultural events enliven this city of art and its province, where there is no shortage of palaces, castles, and mysterious legends.

In addition to culture, Brescia is famous for the huge variety and quality of food and wine. Moreover, variety is a key feature of the landscapes that surround the city: lakes, hills, and mountains that contribute to the city’s mild climate. Visiting Brescia means living an authentic travel experience, in a combination of emotions and surprises with a wide range of outdoor activities surrounded by breathtaking views. Brescia, what a surprise!

About Me

I’ve been at Turboden since 2008, a long time! During COVID-19 period, the company introduced smart working and, as the mother of two children, it has been a great opportunity to combine my job with private life.

I’m fond of pets and now I have my second golden retriever, Tokyo, with whom I tour the city and the countryside on foot. My hobby is sewing—I love creating clothes for myself and friends—and I like sport: swimming, walking, pilates, and skiing. The Dolomite mountains are wonderful for skiing.
