MKK ASIA’s Company Trip 2025
I had a wonderful time participating in the company trip, and I was very happy, entertained, and impressed by the excellent cooperation from my colleagues in our activities.
Company trips offer many valuable benefits for both employees and the company as a whole:
1. Strengthens Teamwork and Relationships
2. Boosts Employee Morale and Motivation
3. Reduces Stress and Prevents Burnout
4. Improves the Workplace Culture
In summary, an annual company trip is not just a recreational activity – it is a strategic investment in employee well-being, teamwork, and overall organizational success.

Natural Environments Help Relax the Mind
Every job comes with different levels of pressure. Taking time to relax in a natural environment can help clear the mind. When companies organize trips for employees, it shows that they care about their well-being, which in turn motivates employees to put more effort into their work.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Our Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility
On July 26, 2025, I had the privilege of participating in our company’s CSR initiative to support the Camillian Home for Children Living with Disabilities.
Our company provided financial support to cover essential costs, including lunches, medical supplies, and necessary equipment. Furthermore, our employees came together to donate essential items and pre-owned goods in excellent condition, such as clothing, toys, and dolls. We sincerely hope that these contributions will bring joy and provide meaningful support to the children at the Camillian Home.
“CSR acts as a bridge between leaders and employees, transforming workplace collaboration into the power of giving. It not only uplifts society but also builds a stronger, happier corporate culture.”
The Meaningful Exchange: Lessons Learned at the Camillian Home
CSR is often viewed as a one-way act of giving, but our recent visit to the Camillian Home taught us that the most valuable part of CSR is the "exchange."
A truly inspiring moment occurred when one of the children took on the role of MC and tour guide. With great confidence, they walked us through the home, explaining its history and the dedicated care provided to the children living there. For many of us, this was the first time we truly understood the profound impact and necessity of this foundation.
While we arrived as "givers" offering donations and supplies, we left as "receivers" of knowledge and inspiration. Seeing their resilience and hearing their stories firsthand gave us a new perspective on life. This experience proves that when we open our hearts to help, the lessons and gratitude we receive in return are often far greater than what we give.
While we arrived to offer support, we left with a wealth of inspiration. It reminded us that
“A heartfelt smile is the answer to our small act of giving.”
