Celebrating 150 Years: OurActivities

The Mitsubishi group established the Mitsubishi Memorial Foundation for Educational Excellence in October 2019 as the main project for Mitsubishi's 150th anniversary. The project recognizes the importance of nurturing talents to forge their own paths and move forward toward their future while tackling various complex, intersecting current social issues. Since February 2020, the Foundation has started to accept grant applications (for three categories), aiming to support inspiring educational programs and encourage high-school students and others to think about and discover their desired way of life, and ultimately, help them acquire the drive to strive continuously toward that goal. The grant recipients will be decided toward the end of June 2020 after an interview with the committee members for each category.
